Just poking around and ran across the KBS IS alt with IDs in EE and another lang.  "This is KBS World Radio coming to you from Seoul, the capital of the RoK".  1300 anthem, ID, program preview, and then nx.  Very easy listening with slight LSB QRM from pres CNR on 15570 (//15610).

This is our only KBS frequency since Sackville closed. Oddly, it is beamed at South America & only occasionally can I hear it here in the midwest. They used this frequency all winter.
