That 9620 frequency was coming in fairly well at times earlier this winter here on the West Coast. It's not been strong enough to overcome daytime noise in the past several weeks, however. Instead, I'm hearing AIR on 15210 kHz most days between about 0145 and 0415 these days.

The day's are getting longer and spring is around the corner. When the time change comes things always seem to change due to daylight savings time extending the afternoons.
I live in a heavily forested area, mostly hardwood's. When the sap rises, listening takes a nose dive on HF, and the leaf out knocks the crap out of FM.
