Maybe a Chinese service, fair reception.  Could not find a listing for this transmission anywhere.  Humming in broadcast, perhaps attempted jamming?  Only broadcaster I could find on frequency is Fu Hsing BS but not at this hour.

1625 "Prelude and Fugue in G Major" Johathan Rudy, per Shazam, reception getting better
1628 Almost sounds like C&W song, can't Shazam it
1629 Off suddenly....just about bottom of hour.
