Title: Ray Harryhausen dies at 92

I realize that this has even less to do with pirate radio than most of my posts, but what the heck. I feel his passing is sort of like what has happened to radios with knobs, with the advent of SDRs.

Ray Harryhausen, the animator and special-effects wizard who found ways to breathe cinematic life into the gargantuan, the mythical and the extinct, died on Tuesday in London, where he lived. He was 92.

He lives on inspring the likes of Robot Chicken's Star Wars!
