Tuned in at 0153 utc on Traverse City MI sdr with fair S9 to S9+10 signal, blues music playing, at 0157 short SSTV/FAX then announcement by woman, at 0218 switched to Barrington Hills IL sdr with fair S5 to S7 signal,
