Am hearing it aout S4-5. Music sound a bit synthesized. Going up and down scales. No ID yet
00:23 Possible ID OP's voice is synthesized though so could not read OP though did gave email address Possibly someone SDR recording could ID
00:25 possibly off --- MIDI Radio?

00:30  possibly same station back on --- same synthesized music. as above listed
