SINPO=24322 (but audio/modulation that makes copy a little tricky here).

2319- Recording of old program? OM speaking, mentions shortwave.
2320- Oldies tune with OM singing.
2322- Oldies tune with YL singing.
2324- OM speaking, sounding like same old program recording. Much noisier now. Talk about allowing the government to censure broadcasting and "reaching for new lows,"...."Let's get real out there, people!"

i have it with a fair/poor signal, noisy.  Male saying John P Lighting, Radio New York International.
