Probably Irish Music Radio, that's a favorite frequency of theirs.  Fair signal in NH - S4, about even with the noise.

Have been noting carrier here, no audio.
JBA audio 0035 on 6932.5
S4 carrier over S3 noise, occas trace audio now at local SS
off around 0123?
