I'm hearing something behind the Hudson County TIS, but it's too weak to make out.

2343: Sounds like a radio comedy. Weak signal no sign of Hudson County.
2345: Commercial for U.S. News magazine. Hudson County starting to leak through.
2348: Commercial for Dreyfus Liquid Assets. Into an introduction to (couldn't make it out) Radio Theater.
2350: Soothing music.
2357: Instrumental of On and ON?
2359: Solid ID for Community Radio Network.
0002: Something about the USS Midway. I think talking about the evacuation of Saigon.
0009: Man talking and gave a phone number for request or reception reports. Called it but the service was temporally suspended.

S9 with the Raleigh, NC KiwiSDR and slightly below the TIS. Better and S9+10 with the W3PIE KiwiSDR in Pennsylvania. Reminds me of the Community Radio Network

Not audible on the R8, but pretty good on the R-390A.
