That's interesting, KBC World has it's Korean language broadcast to North America at this time on 15575. VOA usually is on 15580. Are you sure it wasn't that frequency instead?

See, this is what happens when you have too many receivers powered up at the same time  :D.  You appear to be accurate - thanks for the correction.
