23:23 UTC - Audio is starting to come through; sounds like ZZ Top.

It might be the old "Pirate Busters" show. A story of a young man who goes mad over pirate radio and becomes addicted to tubes. Poor Bob.

Tuned in at 2346 utc on Ottawa Ontario sdr with noisy S7 to S9 signal, hear man talking under the noise, at 2349 barely hear song: "when Irish eyes are smiling,"
