Good ears! I haven't heard this dasher for many months, but now hearing it on my home RX (on 4069.4) again in the evenings and early mornings, S2 to S3.
Here's a thread from last March: https://www.hfunderground.com/board/index.php/topic,95110.0.html. The fact that it fades out at sunrise means that it's skywave propagation to my bay area QTH and located farther away than NVIS range (say 500 miles). Any ideas regarding a general location?

Feel free to get specific in private messages but in the forum we don't want to narrow it down much more than "... it may be in the Southwest United States..." or "it's probably in the desert due to the battery staying charged so well..."

Heard it this morning (Wed) at 1030 utc. Not Strong but fading in and out. This only the 3rd or 4th time I have heard it here.

Thanks for reporting on this one and bumping the thread. I try to listen for these new ones at home before resorting to the kiwi SDRs
