Carrier was present (on/off) for awhile during past half hour, it seemed to run in parallel with carrier also on 6970 (on/off)
Good reception, some noise/fade

carrier   on for few minutes
1723 started to play music
S9 signal in NEPA

I have it S10 but noisy here in north central, pa. Also have the fades.
