I believe that is a .mil LINK-11 transmission.

Weak but audible, for me it's around 6032 ..

are you in LSB USB? or AM and if AM, W/N ?

USB, there seems to be a component of the signal down below 6930 and some more above 6930.

I see what you mean, i get the same kind of signal around 7020-7024 kHZ and then dead silence .. kind of odd.
