Look at that QSL! Proof positive that both of those guys are on dope! I expected it from Benway, he got his pirate name from that notorious wife shooting pervert and junkie, Bill Burroughs, but Alan Maxwell? He was as pure as the driven snow when I knew him. And to think I nearly became his Box op? It's hard to imagine what he would've got me into.

It does bring the phrase "Boxing the Clown" to mind, and of course this classic album from Chrome guitarist Helios Creed.

He confessed that his unique sound came from him trying to recreate what he heard when listening to Hendrix while on acid as a teen. He had another album called "Lactating Purple" which also is in keeping with the theme you see in this QSL. Perhaps Allan Maxwell ought to contact Helios to do the soundtrack for any more shows he might be planning to produce.

I recently received an eQSL from the Good Doctor for that same 8 Apr 2023 transmission, but with the monster truck van theme noted elsewhere for other transmissions. Thanks Dr. B!
