2154utc, fair/poor with fading, s-on with USSR national anthem(?), then Ramones: "hey ho lets go", song: "I'm burnin' for you", sed "reception reports from Chicago, from Virginia, from all over US", I presume via hfunderground since I didn't hear an email address given out. I didn't catch name of DJ.

So so signal in Western PA.
2210 utc  6945khz:  hard to make out specifics, obviously op talking.  Possible ID. Radio Free Whatever(?)  SIO 333

2213 utc:  huge jump in reception!  Bloodhound Gang "foxtrot uniform Charlie kilo" slight fading.  SIO 545

2216 utc:  poor reception returns.  Upbeat punk music (?).  Not familiar.     Signal lost to noise shortly thereafter @ 2217 utc
