Ifrikya FM is a new broadcaster that first went on the air in mid-May, 2023.  It reportedly uses the transmitters of Radio Algerienne, in Bechar, Algeria.

I heard music and talk programming, while I was listening.

Also heard on 13790 kHz AM at 21:35 UTC.

Ifrijya FM isny owned by the algerienne government as i recall, either. I've heard them on 9470 too as wel las 13790

Possible: Ifrikya ??
13790 @ 00:43 1 July 23 in French(although if it is IFRIKYA it should be in Arabic). Weak and very noisy.
