2342 via SDR in BRAZIL : much better, same audio,
2346 next song, same audio here and in Brazil
2351 lost here, SSTV in Brazil, then off

No, definitely music/singing, but way too weak to ID; modulation seen in waterfall. I had my doubts about it also.
