13750 khz USB found in progress at 12:08 utc - ended 12:20 utc
Computer generated voice, female, numbers 0 thru 5 (in English) in groups of 8 separated by short pause.
Other pauses with speech and ending speech I could not make out. (English?)
This is the first time I've heard this one.
I have a 12 minute recording I'll listen to when I have time.
Also there was a weak AM carrier at 13750 khz but it was weak enough it did not interfere.

I would be interested in hearing a recording of the station you are describing. It does not fit the format of any station that I am aware of, or possibly I am misunderstanding what you are describing.
The AM carrier you describe might have been Chinese numbers station V13. V13 transmits in USB+carrier and would have been on that frequency at that time (1200 to about 1231 UTC). It would have also been on one hour later, starting at 1300 UTC. V13 starts with pipe music and sends numbers in duplicated groups of 4, in a female Chinese voice.

Token,
I put on my headphones and the numbers were twice duplicated groups of 4 numbers then a short pause. The voice does indeed sound Oriental as well.
I think it's safe to say it was V13 that I recorded last night. The carrier stayed on after I stopped recording but I only waited about 10 mins before moving on.
I did convert the file to a MP3 reducing it to ~8.8 mb so I can e-mail it to anyone that is interested.
Your knowledge of such things is amazing to me. Thanks!!

Then it sounds like it was V13 and ended early, sometimes it does that. The carrier likely stayed up until the 1300 broadcast was completed, it is not unheard of for the carrier to come up for the 1200 UTC transmission and stay up until the 1300 is complete. Several numbers stations with back to back transmission time slots do this.

I'd love to hear it. Being in the upper midwest, this isn't exactly common.
Upload it to Sound Cloud or a sharing site like that.

Thats "New Star" isn't it? I recognize the frequency from years ago when I heard them in the mornings. It was really exciting back then for me to hear them. Hell, it would be really exciting to hear them now.

Yes glimmer, V13 is indeed New Star. They do sometimes recycle freqs, they just went back to 13750 a little over a month ago.
