This used to be the frequency the Israeli Defense Forces used to entertain the troops, but they haven't been on the air for years. I used it a few times since they went dark. A few Stateside pirates used to wander down there when things on 6925 and up got busy.

However, the IDF folks did use Ladino from time to time. It's the language of the Spanish Jewish Diaspora.
