VAN weak, faded up and back down quickly, just enough to copy a couple of IDs. Airspy HF+/60 ft longwire E/W 13563.0 KHz 02OCT23 02:27z

Oct 25 time 0306Utc  very strong for a Hifer beacon.  The operator has done some changes on his
Antenna and Van is really doing well.
