Radio Channel Eastern Star/Radio Vostochnaya Zvezda (6200 AM), ethnic Russian pirate station in the Southwestern
part of USA. Unusual reception 0450+ UT, Aug 6; most of the time signal was very poor, but some segments were
amazing well heard, confirming the recent increase in power; played Russian IS several times (0452 & 0500); song
