0934 UTC Yl speaking in Russian ???
0935 UTC Russian female communication checks / sounds like she says the same thing each time.
0941 UTC Yl with a longer transmission / not a repeat of previous messages.

S 6 to 7 with noise via  University of Twente Web SDR, must use noise reduction.

do think it could be something military ?  I never heard a russian stn. there . I`ll listing out on this frequency .
