Edit, I updated the subject heading because I previously and erroneously said "12 bit devices," but it sounds like the RSP2 and RSP2 pro are compatible with SDRconnect, and only the very first RSP (later rebranded RSP1, distinct from the RSP1a) isn't.

SDRplay's way of dealing with the RSP1 Chinese clones.
