Similar signal from PPVR's tx earlier with fading conditions at times - relayed Ragnar's Piratesweek with an ID at the end "...this has been a public service of Peepee Vagina Radio..." followed by SSTV image & off.

Thanks for clearing this up for me, SL.  I was pretty sure this was PPVR, but I couldn't clean it up and couldn't credit it!

SDR recording catch, 0807 sign on with a fair signal.

By carefully adjusting the filter settings in my SDR playback app, I was able to extract this SSTV image:
