Cuckoo clock sounds repeating over and over in groups of twelve. Spanish  YL repeating groups of five numbers. There is some other kind of mode going on too.  Seems like they are jamming the WBCQ signal.Poer seems to be a 50/50 split here in PA.

Sounds like the Cuban spy numbers station V2/HM01.
