similar to previous post from Aug 26, on 4868.5 khz
same female automated voice repeating something + "exercise" then counting up to 12. Repeats every 10 sec or so
scan of sdr's appears to show signal local to MA area or just offshore
0ff around 0211 utc, MOVED to 4868.5 khz. Same message. Booming sig now
