Been monitoring over 30 minutes.

The loop has been going on for at least 30 minutes.
I do not know French so not sure what the woman is saying. Something about her mother?

I've been listening to this since 0410 UTC...A sultry voiced YL with piano music. No clue what the language is. Here's a 2 minute recording amidst the noise:
