Perhaps they turned it off or its running at lower power.

The former would be sad, but the latter (though unlikely) would make it a more fun DX catch!

Indeed it would. All we can do is wait to see if it shows up or if we find out what its status is.

Yeah... that's useless. They said they all should be decommissioned except for some that are still around.

Maybe they're leaving those on for us.
