Title: UNID 6950 AM 1100 UTC and 6850 AM 1106 UTC 14 Jul 2013

Came on 6950 at 1100 with some faint audio, off at 1105. 
Another carrier, possibly the same station, came on 6850 less than a minute later with the same signal strength, about an S5. Not as sure I was hearing audio with this one.
