SDR catch here. My CW skills are rusty, but it opened with

KAROL MADERA ...

So I am leaning pirate.

Heard here also, with only a fair signal.  Got the decoder running in time to catch some fractured text which was anti-Madera in nature.

No music associated with it, hi!
