Getting a carrier here, Some times with distorted audio.  Spur? Maybe a test?

i checked my SDR recording for that time, and there was nothing here at all. But we're some distance apart, so especially if the transmitter was to the west or south of you, I would not be able to pick anything up here this time of the day.
