  - I am adding a memory in connection with the message below: the Russian said at the end
     " nu dawaj paprobujem" and after a while a short digital file was sent.

I did not expect this transmission, but while waiting for E11 on 6923, a strong USB signal appeared below and the last word from a male voice. After a while, a short digital transmission was broadcast.
 This event proves the regularity of this broadcaster's work - follow them!
-  I remember this channel from previous listening as "RU Air Mil", but the specific nature of recent transmissions may indicate a fixed point-to-point link.
