Two stations. one playing recording of old DW and Berlin broadcasts. Likely WMR but another station beneath

Relay station is stronger here.
Might it have something to do with a mystery station that has been transmitting old radio programmes on 522 kHz, heard in Germany.

Since 1900 UTC WMR good with good programmes.
