Pretty tough copy, but also heard Russia's invasion of Ukraine at 01:14.  Except for static (a lot tonight), would be quite acceptable into Masset, BC.

121- Two OMs talking about National Socialism, "National Bolshevism," etc. The Nazis wanted to be like the Romans, and felt that the Romans weren't ethnically fanatical enough. However, for the Romans, this would have been an idiotic idea, given their strategy of conquering territories and assimilating them. Talk about how the Soviets strategized how to easy people into Socialism from Nationalism. The OM speaking primarily sounds to have a subtle German accent, but excellent English.
