Your recording is definitely Mexico. Here on the West Coast, I do have light QRM from CHBC (China) after about 0930+ UT,
well underneath a stronger Mexico. China normally goes off the air at 1200 UT, while on Oct 6, noted Mexico closed at 1220*
UT, a bit later than their normal 1200* UT .
