Was it honestly NFM?  Or do you mean USB transmission, with FM (vs AM) FAX data?  Or was that a typo of the callsign, NMF?

SRI OM :-) it is USCG station NFM using usb WEFAX... sri for the confusion... I do that sometimes <heh>

If it was X-FM, it would've been in C-QUAM.  ;D
