Post by: Shortwave_Listener on October 28, 2023, 0001 UTC: With a program like Easypal. It generates audio that results in an image when viewed on the waterfall. Flex radios have it as a built in feature, and I’m sure this is a Flex or some other SDR because of how wide it is.

On another forum there was a guy who posted a pic of a waterfall image sent by Ukrainians (? -- that's a guess) in the Ukrainian-Ruassian radio war. It was a series of Cyrillic characters.
