I'll repost this here. The only response in original thread in Utility I got was "CH# 1629 COASTAL TX" from N2MLP.
Repost:
Robo foreign YL voice, didn't sound Spanish. Seemed like a Volmet type transmission.
S6 signal, very good copy. Off at 2017z. Need some help IDing this one. It was an interesting transmission.
No luck looking up online. I have a recording I can email.
Thanks to N2MLP but not too sure what "CH# 1629 COASTAL TX" is.

Hi.
You won't get any serious hint without a sound file - to identify the language. A "robo foreign YL voice" could be everything as there are a few stations listed:
| QRG | Station | Call | ITU | Mode | Remark | Locator | Coordinates |
| 17326.0 | Olympia Radio | SVO | GRC | USB | | KM07RO | 37.604181, 21.488436 |
| 17326.0 | Chabahar Radio | EQJ | IRN | USB | QSX: 16444,0 kHz | ML05HG | 25.283285, 60.644820 |
| 17326.0 | Ishikawa Radio | JFD | J | USB | Fishery Radio | | |
| 17326.0 | Kystradio Sor | LGQ | NOR | USB | | JO28TP | 58.657917, 5.604028 |
Hope this helps.

Hi.
To have that soundclip for all here why don't you use sound hosting like -> https://vocaroo.com/ ? No registration required just upload your recording and everyone can help you.
;)
Hope this helps.
