Yes, definitely is Tibet (PBS Xizang), with the 1600-1700 UT "Holy Tibet" program in English, but I have never
seen it reported on 3200 kHz. before. Thanks for the fine recording. This winter's DX season I will be able to hear the "Holy
Tibet" programs on 4905 // 4920 // 6025 // 6110 // 6130 // 6200 (best reception here!) // 7255 kHz.

Ron I was shocked to find it on that frequency as well, and like you said it should be some good DX coming soon this winter.
