Decent carrier, there might be some low level audio on the carrier. It is drifting down as time goes by. Went off at 1125

SDR catch, noted at 1120 for a few seconds, off then back on 1122. Close to 6950.8, but drifting a lot as rdla4 said.

Definite music heard at 1123z.
Off at 1125z.
