Title: Radio Exterior Espaņa, 9690 AM, 12 NOV 2023, 2307 UTC

Making a note of this because ordinarily this broadcast ends at 2300 UTC on the weekend, with interval til 2305. But I tuned over to catch the end of this after WREC signed off, and here it seems to still be on with regular programming. Don't know if they forgot to turn off the transmitter or if this is a special broadcast.

Yl & om talking ,There was discussion about women abuses and needs of children. Url given RTVE.ES

AOKI Database also has it listed at this time.

I just checked the AOKI database and it shows this ending at 2300 for Sunday, FWIW. Anyway, it's gone as of 0045 (the time I returned to the shack after going out to get dinner) so maybe it ended at 0000.
