This is the second eQSL I have gotten so far
I liked the story It sounds interesting
I'm enjoying this.

I am a little unclear about the station name, I don't know what CSR stands for.

Hi Mick - welcome to the board.

So, this appears to be a relay of a Wisconsin Public Radio broadcast some years ago.  No real station name here.  Sometimes one pirate will rebroadcast a named vintage or current pirate.  CSR is Cloudsplitter Radio.  CSR started a couple years ago with many afternoon (east coast time) broadcasts and eQSL cards of the Adirondack region of NY (Cloudsplitter being the high mountains).  Cloudsplitter has been relaying other programs albeit this was a re-broadcast.  Hope this helps.

Ha ha ha.......I didn't know either when I started and got corrected for same, it was appreciated.   OM - old man (male).  YL - Young Lady (female)
