1709.9978-1709.9970 (carrier slowly drifting downward) with Man and woman speaking, way down in the static.  Not any of the usual TIS stations.

0045z: Old commercial for Sears Roebuck & Company
0053z: Instrumental music, John Fox "Being with you"
0057z: Live time check and Community Radio Network ID mentioning 1710 and an FM frequency
0100z: Phone number and time pips at TOH

Tough Copy in SE Lower Michigan - but peaking S3 at times on the loop

Looks like they were on from 2356-0204 UTC, tough to get any audio here, however.
