Booming signal via eastern web controlled SDR, S9+ plenty of change.
Just fair signal through heavy local RFI to Palstar at home with indoor antenna.
0228z: SSTV and off.

Signal was reaching Euroland, per IRC!

Post by: Ron Hunsicker on August 18, 2013, 0237 UTC: Checked at 0131 and found S9 and SINPO 55555. Later, from 0150 through 0208, Wolverine's signal was still S9 and but was not quite so good at SINPO 55544. Came back 20 minutes later and heard the end of the SSTV broadcast.
