Recognize the instrumental music but can't place it.
Weak on an SDR in Pennsylvania. The band has gone long.

0032 - ID, "W T F Radio, worldwide"
0036 - Better on an SDR in The US South. Announced they are moving to somewhere between 4175 to 4185 KHz in about 15 minutes.
0038 - Repeat the announcement
0039 - Off

Tuned in at 0030 on Brookfield WI sdr with fair S7-S9+10 signal, hard rock music, at 0037 DJ said he'd switch to 4180 but then played song,

0031: Just tuned in and heard the id.
0034: Open Eyes by The Apples In Stereo.
0036: Said they would broadcast on 4175 or 4185 or 4195 kc in 15 minutes. So around 0051.

036- OM says "hello...is anybody home?" Will be broadcasting in about 15 minutes on 4175, 4185 or 4195 khz, and "if you're there, that would be greaaaaaat!"
037- "Radio Heart" by Gary Numan, Hugh Nicholson and Radio Heart.
