1430 a faint carrier amidst noise etc..., and drifting down

1432 music, on 6311.47, sounds like Ru music
1439 like Ru song on Sp rhythm, on 6311.49v
very hard to follow, with noise, UT carriers and RTTY bursts
1446 maybe on 6311.39 ?
no audio heard for a while
