First ive ever heard it on this frequency. not sure what station they are blocking out though.

I just heard this via Twente ( I'm at work ) It is a new frequency for me for FD. They are jamming Radio Free Asia in Chinese via Tinian Island.. I heard it from 13:00 - 14:00z

I heard this also. It was coming in a good S8 here, and lasted for an hour.
According to Short-Wave.info it was Radio Free Asia that was being jammed.
