I listened again, and the last few minutes after the news played Beatles music (I'm the Taxman), and a very brief ID at 01:09:50 or so, sounding like "This is NIB radio" and off.

To me, sounded like, "This is NIB Radio"....could be NID, NIV, MID, MIV, MIB Radio as well!
