Good signals via G8JNJ SDR at 1345 UTC on 21 December 2023.  29.855 FM 29,855 NFM Taxis, Russia LMR 29.7-30 MHz 29.7-50 MHz VHF low band but still more or less “10 meters” - that little sliver of spectrum between 29.700 MHz and 30.000 MHz

Not sure if they’re using export radios or actual land mobile radios.  Nice 15-16 kHz wide FM. Most export radios / 10m radios that cover 25.615 MHz - 30.105 MHz are in NFM only - that is, 8K00F3E to 8K50F3E to 10K0F3E emission.

YL dispatcher and OM drivers.  Dispatch signals a solid SIO 444.   Another Russian taxi service land mobile radio LMR PMR system operating in the 25-30 MHz region.
